Role overview
The Manager of Product Marketing is the key person responsible for product
marketing activities for the entire company. They must work with varying members of the senior
Go-to-Market team to ensure that Kissflow is consistently represented well in the market.
Responsibilities
The Manager of Product Marketing works between several GTM functions.
Accounts
- Maintain a list of key accounts, develop relationships with them, and coordinate functions like analyst calls, case studies, and webinars
- Publish a monthly newsletter to keep all customers informed of product updates
- Complete a quarterly webinar to demo new features
Sales
- Create required sales collateral
- Maintain an easily accessible repository of resources for sales teams
- Review sales calls to assess for positioning and story alignment
- Organize monthly Sales Win series episodes to share
Marketing
- Build knowledge in specific industries where Kissflow is trying to expand
- Ensure positioning and messaging stays consistent across all collaterals
- Create high-value assets essential to our positioning
Product
- Maintain a product roadmap of upcoming features
- Organize monthly competitor sessions with product managers to share with all the GTM team
