Marketing Research Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our dynamic Outbound Demand Generation team. This role focuses on account mining, prospecting, and contact database management to identify potential accounts and leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data mining tools, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads across various platforms, including databases, social media, and industry-specific sources. Utilize effective prospecting techniques to identify potential customers, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads for the outbound team to work on. Look for key trigger signals and build potential accounts based on intent. Fine tune ICPs based on conversions.
- Contact Enrichment: Enhance lead profiles by gathering and updating contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and social media profiles, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contact Database Management: Maintain and update accurate lead information and interaction history, ensuring data integrity.
- Platform Management : Handle outbound lead gen platforms like Warmly, Zoominfo, Smartlead etc. and make sure we are identifying right ICPs with the right triggers and intent signals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Reporting: Analyze lead generation metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, data mining, prospecting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using data mining, CRM, sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
