About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Manager to own and drive Kissflow's integrated digital growth strategy across organic, paid, AI search, account-based marketing (ABM), conversion rate optimization (CRO) and omnichannel presence.

This is not a channel management role. The strategy is already in place, and we are looking for a hands-on leader who can execute, optimize, scale programs, develop a high-performing team, and deliver measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Strong experience across both organic and paid growth channels.
  • Proven ownership of marketing budgets with accountability for pipeline or revenue outcomes.
  • Prior experience managing and developing teams.
  • Background in Enterprise B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and account-based marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-era search trends, including AI Overviews, LLM citations, zero-click search, and omnichannel discoverability.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), CRM attribution systems, and ABM platforms.

Organic Growth & Discoverability

  • Drive Kissflow's presence across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, YouTube, Reddit, review platforms, and industry communities
  • Lead the four pillars of organic growth: Category Authority, Vertical Market Expansion, Content Engine, and Authority Building
  • Oversee AI-powered growth initiatives including SEO automation, content optimization, and authority-building programs
  • Own full-funnel content performance, from awareness through MQL generation
  • Improve conversion rates across landing pages and critical customer journeys
  • Track and report on AI citation frequency, AI share of voice, organic MQLs, and content-influenced pipeline

Paid Growth & Account-Based Marketing

  • Manage full-funnel paid marketing programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, ABM, retargeting, and contact-level advertising platforms
  • Execute brand awareness campaigns across key industries and target markets
  • Drive pipeline generation through ABM and demand-generation initiatives
  • Own budget allocation, experimentation, performance measurement, and scaling successful campaigns

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 specialists across content, organic growth, paid marketing, and analytics
  • Establish performance goals and support team development
  • Present growth strategy, performance metrics, and pipeline impact to senior leadership on a monthly basis
