Job Overview:
We are seeking a Campaign Content Specialist to lead and innovate in creating impactful video content and campaign assets. This role involves owning video content as a growth engine, creating engaging assets for brand campaigns, and crafting materials for paid initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and AI tools to deliver high-quality, results-driven content while ensuring alignment with Kissflow’s brand and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Content Creation
- Identify avenues - to convert product content into consumable video assets for social channels
- Build engaging and creative content - to promote product features, benefits via social channels
- Content Gap Analysis - to identify gaps in video content and develop strategies to create high-impact materials.
- Video Production
- Ideate, script, and produce original video content.
- Repurpose text, images, infographics, and webinar recordings into engaging video formats.
- Transform available keynote presentations and webinar recordings into SEO-optimized videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Short-Form Content - drive short-form video content creation, such as Shorts and Reels, as a key performance indicator (KPI).
- Influencer Collaboration - work with video influencers to co-create relevant, high-quality video content.
2. Brand Campaign Copywriter
- Creative Ideation - conceptualize and develop creative assets for brand campaigns, including ad copies, email content, social media posts, print materials, and more.
- Execution - work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure campaign deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
- Quality Management - oversee the creation of all campaign materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
3. Paid Initiative Content Creation
- Ad Copy Creation - write compelling ad copies for search ads, display ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other paid initiatives.
- Creative Development - collaborate with design teams to produce engaging visuals and landing page content for paid campaigns.
- Conversion Optimization - partner with the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team to refine copies and assets to improve campaign conversions.
- Performance Insights - analyze the effectiveness of creative content and recommend improvements for enhanced ROI.
Required Skills:

Experience - 3+ years in video content creation, and campaign asset development, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Expertise -
- Proficiency in video scripting, and optimization.
- Experience with creating short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Creativity: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality, impactful content for campaigns and videos.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work with internal teams, influencers, and external vendors to create compelling materials.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software, AI tools for content creation, and familiarity with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to measuring success and refining creative outputs for growth.
