Business Process Transformation Manager
Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience in leading digital transformation or business transformation
- Experience working closely with CIOs/CDOs and Business sponsors to execute large scale business process transformation initiatives is a must
- Strong technology background and/or experience working with development teams preferred
- Domain expertise in FMCG, MFG, Retail is a BIG plus
- Ability to work with Business leaders and Tech leaders of large enterprises in India to plan, document and transform business operations using technology
- Prior experience with low-code no-code technologies or BPM tools is a plus
- MBA or consulting background from top schools or consulting companies is a plus
